TEACHERS ARE NOT ABLE ANYMORE TO SUPPORT A DECENT LIVING LEVEL. TEACHERS AND CITIZENS APPROACHING RETIREMENT HAVE LOST MOST OF THEIR ACCETS, INVESTMENTS AND WILL NOT HAVE THE LIFE TIME TO COMPENSATE FOR THIS LOSS. PLEASE STOP THIS ABUSSIVE TAXATION, IT IS DRIVING ALL PEOPLE TO POVERTY LEVELS AT A SUPER HIGH SPEED. WHO IS GOING TO TAKE CARE OF THE RETIREMENT COMMUNITY IF WE WILLL NOT BE ABLE TO KEEP OUR HOMES, WHERE WOULD WE GO, WHAT WOULD WE EAT? SHOULD WE COMMIT SUICIDE? BECAUSE THE COUNTRY WE CONTRIBUTED TO SUPPORT, CAN NOT ACCOMODATE US AND IS STEALING OUR MONEY LIKE IN AN ABOLUTISM REGIME! I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF FLORIDA, I AM SO DISCUSTED... Comments: The proposed legislation designed to help insurance companies( limiting liability for surplus lines carriers, limiting bad faith actions, and otherwise making it harder for insureds to have their valid claims paid by insurance companies quickly and to otherwise enforce their rights when they are not) are shameful. The legislature should remember that the millions of insured citizens of Florida deserve their help and support, not a few hundred insurance companies. |

Comments: The insurance lobby is attempting to erode many laws this year that are not consumer friendly. The consumer should be protected againt this insurance lobby and the erotion of some of the good laws it pasted last year. |
